Photographic Print Orders
AraPhoto is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of his collectors.
Change of Mind – Prints
Each print is individualised, printed and created specifically for your order. Hence, they are not returnable or refundable if you change your mind.
Damaged Goods – Prints
However, if the order arrives with visible damage to the print, please document the damage with some photographs and email them to me. Prints that arrive damaged will be remade to your original order and resent at no cost to you.
Incorrect Print Received
If you receive an incorrect print compared to your original print order, the correct print order will be made and sent. We will arrange with you to have the incorrect order returned in its original condition and packaging at no cost to you.

Museum quality, archival fine art paper and inks. We use Photo Rag fine art cotton paper from either Hahnemühle or Canson. As a print-only, this requires framing, allowing you to select your own mounting and framing options. Unframed prints come rolled in a protective tube, making them best for international customers. The listed size includes an 8cm white border around each side of the photo, allowing sufficient room to accommodate various framing choices.

Our refund policy was made to be transparent so your experience is as smooth as possible and gives you a fair go. However, you may doubt as you have not received the refund in your account yet. In some cases, you might want to check here (cancelation policy link) if you are eligible for a refund.
If your booking was cancelled by your local host
If your booking was cancelled by your host or Withlocals, you have been automatically issued a full refund. Keep in mind, it may take up to 10 working days from the cancelled date for the refund to reach your account, depending on the processing time between banks and regions.
If my booking request is rejected/ withdrawn/ expired before confirmation
If your booking request is rejected or not confirmed within 48 hours by the host, or when you withdraw the request before it was confirmed, you will receive a full refund. The refund process might take up to 10 working days, depending on the processing time between banks and regions.
Please note that any referral credits/ discount/ promotion codes applied to the payment will not be refunded.

Cancelling a confirmed booking
Once a guest books an experience on Araphoto they have a 24-hour window after the booking request is sent out to cancel their booking without any penalty. A refund will not apply less than 24 hours before the starting time of the experience.
If an experience is canceled more than 7 days before the trip, the guest will receive a 100% refund.
If an experience is canceled by the host, the guest will receive a 100% refund.
*This takes into account the starting time of the tour in the time zone of the experience.
Same day bookings
If the booking was made for the same day, meaning the starting time is within 24 hours no refunds apply.
Cancelling an unconfirmed booking
All bookings on request need to be confirmed by the host within 48 hours. If you cancel an unconfirmed booking within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
